NCAA Football Tickets - QB Dilemma?

Which teams will struggle at the quarterback position this season? Get NCAA Football tickets and see these quarterbacks get devoured by the defense. UCLA is one of the NCAA football teams that will probably need improvement at quarterback if they expect to have a decent season. The Bruins went 4-8 in 2008-09. Quarterback Kevin Craft threw 20 interceptions to just seven touchdowns last season.
The inconsistent passing game wasn't the only problem the Bruins faced on offense. The offensive line contributed to the running game's demise. The good news is that there is some talent at running back and the receivers are good, but the quarterback issue remains. Craft lost the starting job in the spring to redshirt freshman Kevin Prince. Will the freshman provide adequate performance at quarterback?
Who will be USC starting quarterback? There is no doubt that coach Pete Carroll was ticked off after Mark Sanchez decided to turn pro early. Perhaps Carroll knew none of the quarterbacks on his roster were ready for prime time. Ready or not, the Trojans will be starting sophomore Aaron Corp. He has 2 completions for 14 yards in his career. If he struggles, Carroll will rely on true freshman Matt Barkley. Although each quarterback is talented, they have not been tested and struggles have to be expected. The good news is that the Trojans will feature a good offensive line. USC can always fall back on Mitch Mustain if all else fails. He is the number 3 quarterback and unlike Corp or Barkley, he has experience from his days at Arkansas.
The Tennessee Volunteers did not sign a scholarship quarterback. The only quarterback they added to the lineup was walk-on Mike Rozier, who is a former minor-league baseball player (originally signed with North Carolina in 2004). The Vols will rely on Jonathan Crompton and Nick Stephens, who were not productive last season and didn't show they were ready to lead the Vols to an SEC title. Crompton completed 51.5 percent of his passes last season and threw for five interceptions to just four touchdowns.
Stephens was not better, connected on 48.5 percent of his attempts, with four touchdowns and three interceptions. The good news is that Tennessee has an outstanding defense lead by strong safety Eric Berry, who is one of the best in the nation to play that position. The Vols also have a solid rushing attack, so if they can just get an average production from their quarterback, they could be a top 25 team.
Michigan fans are praying for a decent quarterback. True freshman Tate Forcier beat out junior Nick Sheridan for the starting position. Only ten offenses spent less time on the field; working quickly is fine if a team can score, but the Wolverines only racked up 20.3 points per game. The good news is that the rest of the team is bowl-worthy. Michigan head coach Rich Rodriguez is looking to turn things around in his second season. As an assistant, he helped Tulane and Clemson turn their programs around while leading West Virginia to better days when he was their head coach.
