Compared to other facilities like some gym offers, jogging could be the best and simplest way to work out to burn some ugly stored fats in our body. It is very effective without spending too much money to stay fit, looking good and healthy.
The best time to jog is in the morning. Proper breathing while jogging in the morning usually fills your lungs with oxygen in which calories are being burn.
Drinking a lot of water or any fluid makes a big help in order to replace the lost fluid when you jog. Do not take anything solid after waking up in the morning. Gargling and drinking of at least 2 cups of water will be enough. Don't consume too much fluids cause it will be not easy for you to jog when your stomach is full. Warming up your body before you jog should be done to reduce body strains. Stretching and sitting up is a nice means of warming up. Jumping in place will also do. If you feel that you're ready to jog, and then slowly start to jog.
Lightweight shirt should be worn when jogging. Make your pants loose. This will makes you perspire more. The more sweat your body produce the better. It is a good indication that your body is reducing fats and calories gradually.
It is expected that first timers may tire easily because the body is not yet used to this kind of activity. But when these circumstances occur, just take a rest then do the proper breathing techniques by inhaling deeply then exhale. As you religiously perform the exercise, you will unconsciously enjoy doing it without feeling too much tiredness. Then, you will only realize that the good benefit of the exercise is already happening in your body.
